I had the same problem with some lights I ordered. Showed delivered but I didnt get them. She asked if someone could have stolen them off my porch. I told her no since i was home all day expecting them and i reviewed my video cameras and i had no deliveries that day. I even went around the neighborhood to see if they were just delivered to someone else by accident. True scammers

Ordered lights..paid..never received

ordered lights, did not receive, stopped credit card payment. sent in cancellation, they started trying to get me to go with 40% off, then up to 90% off of an order I did not receive and that I cancelled because I could not tell where the items were at and it was too long. Do not wait until past 30 days or you will have a hard time fighting it. They say 14 days, its 29. Do not use your debt card, only use a credit card. the tracking system they use is a joke, you cant tell where anything is and then when you look it up track ___ my last one was track 818 shows you that it is in distribution center. no location, no country . They are scammers trying to take your money and not shipping. they think you want to give them something for nothing. report them as a scammer. the low price is too good to be true.

No way, I am not paying anything. They have a good scam going trying to get people to settle. Do not use your debt card only credit and do not wait past 30 days. that is what they are trying to get you to do. Then they want to keep the money. likely this company will not be around next year. they will change their name. I wonder if anyone receives product. They keep posting on facebook and instagram. someone needs to stop them.
