My wife was billed 199.00 by Nutraition and then 2 weeks later rec'd a pkg of Keto gummies she did not order from a USPS address in CA, 1777 Abram Ct. This company needs to be put out of business ASAP!

I received a package today of 5 bottles and charged 199.00 as well. I looked at the items and did not complete the order. But they did without my consent. Have you contacted the company?. I have sent an email to that address. I will be calling the phone number. We will see. Hopefully, this won't be a hard lesson.
I also got 3 shipmets
I am trying to return gummies but can't find an email address or a phone number. If you have a contact would you please share?

Look on the bottle of the gummies. Phone # & e-mail address.
I would like a phone number as well. I received the "Free bottle" and have been taking the gummies for 6 or 7 weeks and have gained 5 pounds. I keep getting more packages for $199.00 as well. I can find no number to call. When I stopped payment for the order, I have been getting harassing phones calls saying I need to pay for the shipment. Enough is Enough, this product is a scam.
The same thing has happened to me . Do we send it back ? What do you all suggest?

Yes, the company gives a post office address to return your money. Good luck with that! Dispute charges right away with your credit card company and close your credit card account as they will charge you again with no possibility of refund.
FYI - the number I called to get my order cancelled and gave them notice that the automatic order would be refused and returned to them. 833-457-2397. Stand your ground with them....

I blocked any charges from that name on my card, and they tried under different names but the same amount, so my bank flagged those as well. I've sent my packages back with "return to sender". Hopefully they get the hint. They truly need to be investigated.
Thank you for the #. The Rep talked all over me and hung up. He said only one bottle is free so I’m stuck with the other four bottles because I didn’t return in 30 days + a new package of five bottles I did not order. I didn’t open them & I said I will just put return to sender & take back to post office. The jerk said “NO you can’t do that because you won’t get credit & that he would have to give me another address which he didn’t give.” This is mail fraud. We need to call the Attorney General & Post Master General- maybe a class action law suit. They are so unprofessional.

This company is a scam. They prey on older people and even use deepfake videos of celebrities from NBC News. The address for this company is the physical post office for this area. If you see these charges on your credit card, you are protected. Report the charge, close the card, and the bank will issue you a new card.
