I received botox treatment for Nurse Jamie's Beauty park in Santa Monica, CAI have been going regulary for 10 years and never had an issue. I have no health issues and am fully vaccinated. I visited this clinic on May 12th, 2021. After a week, I was extremely ill, chest pains, heachaches that would not end, body aches , dry mouth, insomnia. I am still severely ill, I do not have Covid. I reached out to the clinic and let them know perhaps they received a bad batch but this is highly unusual. I amd 49 years old and have no health issues. Can you please look into this, This clinic is a very busy place and I fear that others are at serious risk | Symptoms: Other, Body Ache, Chest Pain
