Nothing like the picture, Russellville, AR

The runners I ordered are far inferior even to the picture. Shown was a puffy quilted runner but when received it was a flat material, hardly any inside stuffing!!! I ordered 2 since the internet showed beautiful fall and christmas runners. I intended to order more for gifts but definitely won't now. I want to return them but no paperwork was included. Like others have stated there are 3 labels on top of each other on package.
