Echo radios came JUFN with an address of Unit 16-17, 3495 Laird Road, Mississauga, ON L5L 5S5. They are like toys. Not real radios. SUPER UPSET NOW!

Ordered 4 Echo POC radios. Took 3 weeks to get here. Opened 2 and charged them up. Strange that the sim cards were already in them. Instructions are completely vague. Cannot turn them on. I want to return them asap. Can you help?
