We ordered a pulse oximeter from Amazon, took almost a month to get it, needed to return but there is NO evidence of the order on Amazon. No return instructions or invoice. There was a label under the Monica label addressed to us. That never happens. We did find the charge on the Amazon Syncrony statement proving it was ordered and paid for through Amazon. No way to return it and get a refund. It came from this strange address which gets googled often. Monica 20 Willow st Normal, IL 61761 But still no helpful information on where it came from or how to obtain a refund 😡😡😡
