Not hearing back regarding a return I need to make, NY, NY, USA

I made an online purchase. Received my order, however item does not fit...I need to return...I emailed the (support @24hservice.vip) company...not receiving an answer as to how to return. Have reached out to company to find out their return procedure , they do not respond. They state items are shipped from NY...tracking says item is still in Spain!!!!!
