Last month I made a purchase from the company called KlariMe with the address: 3647 W 5th Ave., Post Falls, Illinois, USA 83854. The tracking number you provided doesn't exist. The address they claim to have is that of a hotel (Sure Stay Plus). Every time I have asked them for the tracking number (support@klarime.com) what they do is direct me to a page in French. There they ask me to write the tracking number and when I do, they tell me that that number is not the correct one. When I reviewed customer reviews (I should have done it before ordering the product, I accept it), I thought I was reading a story of horror, fraud and deception. I have no hope that the product will arrive to me with that reputation that company has. At the address provided by KlariMe, what appears on Google is a hotel.
