no delivery of apaid for product

a toolbox, full of tools,from asl*lvtleler london,supposed to be sent to a. lowry,@105 prattrn st; warwick australia,due within 20 days, from 13 april.no report back, but money sure went thru.
They were advertising these tool box's, full of tools for a good price,so i ordered one, supposed to be a birthday present for my grandson,but after money taken from acc. nothing more has been heard.This all happened on april 13, with a 20 day delivery,but here we are 40 day's and still no news.
