I purchase some shoes from off of this website and they took the money out of my account but then they sent me A ring that was fake that I did not order I’ve reached out to the company by email several times and they agreed at first to give me my money back full refund but as time has went on it’s different people responding to the emails and they’re still saying the same thing so I have not received my money back I have not received the product that I ordered and I feel that this website is a scam they also go by bvivid.com I can’t even pull the websites up now they’re saying that they’re not available
