Never received the merchandise I ordered., USA

I ordered a USB drive from them. Several weeks later I received the aluminum shell of the USB drive but nothing inside. I contacted support, they responded twice however I never received the item zip ordered and stopped received correspondence from them ever again. Eventually I contacted the credit card company and contested the charge.
