ordered 2 for 1 chairs from what I thought was QVC but was actually co. called otdaa., which were using the QVC label. on 5/5/23. never received them. today, 6/7/23 I received a knee brace from CARSON, 180 EXCHANGE BLVD, GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL
