Ordered this from online company. Did not receive confirmation of order so could not print. Ordered a outdoor planter and never received. It was charged on my credit card5/16/2023.

Same for me. Have been waiting for months. They charged the account and now twice have told me my packages are lost. They offered me a 40% refund to buy my supplies elsewhere. Not 100%, 40%. Scam.
