Was suppose to receive a snow blower/shovel by QVC thru ACQRA/topmallsales. Paid 47.83 which was debited from my chkg account. Never received shovel. These people have no conscience!!!

I ordered the Snow joe-they advertised B1G1. It never came and I called my credit card and they refunded me the money.
