I placed an order at JCPenny USA&CA tracked it and it said delivered Barbourville, but never came tracking no. At0755*****1cn that’s Global tracking. Order #xm17-****2 order date October 15, 2023 5:18 pm (AKDT) OLD NVAN seems maybe a name of the company instead of JCP just guessing. It at the top of the order in an orange circle 47.34 I still have all the information on my iPad and iPhone
