I ordered from a site that said they were doing close outs for Kohl department store on March 23 2023. I’ve never heard back from them and for some reason I can’t find the message on my email. Is there any way to get my money back? I used my debit card.update 08/19: I ordered from them in March. Saw it on Facebook. It was $28.00. I kept texting them and asked for a tracking number they didn’t send it till August and said it had been delivered which it wasn’t. I contacted them and they said their records show it had been delivered. I asked for a refund they said they’d send 60% back. They sent $1.43! I contacted them again and haven’t heard from them since. kohl’s outlet.com
