A shirt came in the mail and I don’t know where it’s from. I did not order it. The name is Neathers Fottis, And I cannot locate that name online. But this address did show up. Is it a scam. When I look at thanks statements or credit card statements, there are unexplained charges and I don’t know if this company is the one responsible for it
