I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg boots on 3rd December for xmas presents from the advertised Ugg Discount Store on Facebook. The advert said they were selling discounted Uggs that would arrive between 7 &15 days for xmas. But I didn't get them until the week after & they weren't Uggs, just normal Ugg shaped boots which I could have bought from Primark. So disappointing! I tried emailing their customer service on the email address given - service@sandalfans. com - but got no reply.
