Multi tool with bits is missing what attaches to the bit and hand piece. Where two buttons are that say open. Does not open anything.Recieved a square hand tool designed for people with arthritis to make it easy to turn different bits. The tool was received just with square shape that holds bits but no way to attach bits to any part of this nor a handle to twit tool to work like a screw driver for handicapphands. Two buttons on this thing say push to open but nothing happens. Nothing opens. I've worked with tools all my life and never got a piece of junk like this It was a late Christmas gift from my daughter so time to own up that your business is a fraud from what I read from other people purchases. Refund my money NOW.
