I ordered a device to measure blood sugar , pulse and oxygen saturation. I received a regular pulse oximeter. I believe this is false advertising and a scam.

I saw an advertisement online for a pulse oximeter that also measures blood sugar. What I received is a regular pulse oximeter this is not what I ordered
