My parcel was suppose too be delivered April 30 10:34 am but I can't get any more info about it. Is it sent too China or what, I'm just looking for my refund!!! but sorry I will not pay $2.00 as I have been trying too settle this since April30thTracking # 0043419132****** apparently went too wrong place suppose too have gone too Smith Toronto (I do not have their address, that's who I ordered the sneakers from)
Returned parcel too YW Company Ltd 3495 Laird Road and can't get any info from them as parcel went too wrong address.
I ordered from Smith Toronto and the parcel came from YW Company Ltd., Unit 16-17, 3495 Laird Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 5S5. The parcel (2 pair of sneakers) came from CHINA to YW Co. Ltd.. They were too big so I wanted too return. A paper was sent too me too fill out and mail back too CHINA, I instead sent them back too the Company that mailed them too me YW Co. Ltd. cause the cost sending too China would have been too much. My tracking # from Post Office is 0043419132****** delivered April 30. Cannot get any information from YW Co. Ltd. at ALL so went back too Smith Toronto and still nothing. This is VERY POOR, CONFUSION Service. I just want my money back!!!

I would like to return 3 bras from Suzhou Minlianjun unit #16 -17. 3495 Laird Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 5S5. Poor quality materials and the size does not match. Order placed last August that I just received.
