My mother ordered 2 mugs that were supposed to be crystal. The mugs arrived and were some sort of plastic with a stainless steel liner. Now they're saying they won't refund unless I mail the packages back to China. They tried to offer $8 and then $15. I'm not playing with these idiots. I'm reporting these idiots to the FBI.

What is the deal with this guy? Ripping people off during the holidays. I got the same $8 offer. It's hard enough to get by these days without people like that doing their d***s*!t. Sorry for your loss. I hope you didnt get scammed for more than i did. WHAT J***S!!! What has this world come to? So much greed and selfishness. It makes me sad.
Same issue, I ordered one, and then when I got it, this was a cheap plastic then they charged me 49$ for it. I then get 3 more look at my CC Statement and see a 99$ charge for the same company, again 3 more garbage cups. Same message to receive 8$ refund only. I never received an invoice or Order number or emails or text from them either. I sent them another email asking for the order numbers. No response yet.
