Made an order through this company thinking it was Dick's Sporting Goods, as the advertising used their logo. Immediately emailed to cancel the order when I realized my mistake. They said they had already shipped the product. I requested information on how to return the item, but they did not give me that info.

Almost a month later, the package was delivered while I never received it and never received a call, no contact for Mengtu and 17track declines all responsibility. The website no longer exists. How can people easily swindle in France?
