I am reporting the lack of adherence to the mask policy in this store. I received the J&J vaccine last March, and would like to track my visit to the store today, Sept 23,2021, to make sure that if I become infected because of this visit, there may be some possibility of backtracking anyone exposed from this location. When I entered the store there were at least 6 people unmasked and making no attempt to socially distance, this, despite the presence of some obviously fragile and aged people, who looked terrified. I asked a cashier why the policy was no longer being observed. She replied "We are not the mask police, and we don't have any to hand out." Her tone was less than cordial. It is my understanding that masks in indoor settings are mandated right now, and in this store, which previously followed the policy, they are evidently making up their own rules now. Thought you should know.
