Mail received for no obvious reason, 4868 Duff Dr, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

I received the same thing. A pink envelope from 4868 Duff Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45246, It said contact seller directly, they are only the shipper. No contact info was given for the seller. A small white paper was inside that said "How are you today. Thank you for your purchase. We really value your business." My question...what business?? Now I am concerned because after opening I began showing a poison ivy type rash which I initially thought nothing of. But who sends out and pays for nonsense like this unless there is another motive? Could the rash be from opening the envelope? There exist warnings of fentanyl dust in money found behind windshield wipers. What is the motive for this? I identifying addresses via tracking?
