I ordered some books that were supposed to be a closeout sale for $71.85. I have sent info to them and they said item was delivered to my address on 10/07/23, with a tracking number of AM07437****** and was told it was sent via USPS, but I work for USPS and that is NOT a valid tracking number for USPS. I asked for a refund, they told me that I had to return the pkg, that I never received because they were out the cost of whatever they sent. The order now shows I ordered clothes, and then they said they mistakenly sent me a pair of sunglasses?? I have ring doorbell and full security system including 4 cameras + doorbell and I never got any pkg. They have now offered me 10% refund???? I refused, and now I don't know what to do??? This is what I received after my order for BOOKS was placed...Your payment of USD 71.85 has been approved and the transaction will appear as amoseph on your bank statement. To view your order details, track your package, or contact the merchant, please visit xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/001646e7b0089806437cf8ff25b5decf4417. And the website they send me to is --- iufedsa.com But I never ordered any clothes and I never got any pkg. I work from home and sit about 10 feet away from my front door. I never received anything!!
It is for them to show that they actually delivered something. Hopefully you paid with a credit card and have your credit card go after them for the refund.
They did the same thing to me ordering closeout items, ironically enough from China🤬
