Had a charge for $70 on my credit card. Received a shipping email about a package I didn’t order. Told them to cancel this order and recall the package. The customer service rep told me I had to wait for it to be delivered and then reach out again. In the meantime I reached out to my credit card company and had my card changed. Received this tiny mystery box today with some knock off earbuds and a charging cord. Sending another email to see how to return and get my refund. From reading everyone else’s issue, I don’t think I’ll be successful but I can’t let this company get away with this!! Ridiculous!!
