I made an order to Macy's I thought on 2/12/23 that I never received #68** and I would like this settled ASAP as I paid the order in full and it went through my account. Therefore I expect to either hear from you or receive my products within 1 week or I will have to pursue more drastic measures such as reporting to whom I need to...BTW all I did receive was a very cheap ring and I read the exact same complaint from other people
