I placed an order with macys two months ago. When I tried to contact them via an e-mail it was undeliverable. Then I received an e- mail that my order was in transit, to be patient. It’s been a week-still no package. Two days ago I received a ring that I did not order. There was no packing slip or any information. The return address wasTevin James
