On February 17th I ordered a purse from what I thought was the Macy's outlet It turned out to be a company called Chive. The Order kqtare3****. At first they gave me updates for the package. Then they said it was delivered I never received the package. I paid $22.98 for it all I want is my money back. I've been repeatedly emailing them at trochive@glecu.com and all I get is the run around about having to wait or that the payment couldn't be processed to the original payment. It's now June and I still haven't received anything. There's no number to call only the email.
