ordered merchandise on 2/19. said shipping on 2/27 from china. now when I look up tracking it says this site cannot be reached.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from them as well… tracking reached Los Angeles and did not move for 2 weeks now package is moving again? I have already reported it to my bank and got my money back I also changes all of my pin and passwords
