I was searching for Superbowl merchandise and came across this site. It has the https ://lululanmons. comI purchased a Super Bowl sweatshirt and a Super Bowl t-shirt for a total of $105. the purchase on February 18, 2024. The charge went through under "Gavin Network INC", for $105.00. I received a confirmation email from them with tracking information as well. On Wednesday, February 28, 2024, I received a package that was not even close to what I ordered. I sent an email informing them that I did not receive what I purchased which included photos of the packaging received and a cheap necklace inside of it, instead of the sweatshirt and t-shirt. I also called the customer service number listed on the website (682) 432-1511, but it continues to give a busy tone signal each time I call it. I received a "bounce back" email today saying that the customer service email does not exist. I have opened a charge dispute with my credit card company.

They are Chinese knockoffs coming from China
I just opened my pack just to find nothing like what I wanted and the product doesn’t even exist on their website. Live and learn. At least I got a Kobe jersey out of it but still wasn’t what I ordered. It’s a scam
