Made a facebook order from a company selling nuts & bolts. They Offer free shipping, upon placing my order i get charged $12 shipping. I immediately contacted them about shipping charges via live chat, the CSR assured me the charges would be taken away. I recieve my package 3 days later, but shipping charges remained on my paypal account. After numerous e-mails to the company & CSR, no response back. I will never buy anything from them again.
