I placed a website order with Kelkong on 12/1/22, purchase amount paid per Visa was $46.98. Received US-Kelkong order confirmation #57**. On 12/6/22 received US/Kelkong logistics status update @any questions about your order, please contact US-Kelkong. Haven’t received order or any further communication from them since. Then got email re: shipment status update with a shipping number ZLEUS31004******

I also ordered..my tracking number said it was delivered 4 days ago. But it wasn't. I emailed them and so far, no reply

Same here. Said package delivered. Have been communicating thru email. They said they are sending another. PO says not their tracking #. Not holding my breath. Waiting for another tracking number.
As many of you have mentioned, I also ordered from Kelkong.com about a month ago and have not received any response from them. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number and nothing after that. I have been able to login to the website to look for updates but two days ago, I got a message saying "connection is not private. Accessing this website will expose my accounts, passwords, and personal information to be compromised." WTF! I have never seen this message before. I double checked my credit card that I used and so far (knock on wood), it hasn't had any additional charges. Guess i am calling the credit card company tomorrow to file fraud charges. Damn if that shit wasn't cute, though! Lol. Guess I'll have to track it down from the original websites.
I ordered items worth $35.64 since 12/19/2022. The tracking showed delivered but I never received anything. I have been sending email and no response yet.

I ordered from this company on 1/25. I started getting suspicious a few days ago, for various reasons. My husband called the credit card company and disputed the charge, and they credited us the amount. If something is too good to be true...
They ripped me off too! Spent approximately $50 in beginning of December 2022. They respond to my emails but I've never received anything!! Just keep making excuses!!
I'll agree with you all. I just happened to be at home and in the area the package was said to be left. Funny thing, it was President's Day so, no way it was delivered by the people they said had it. I doubt any refund will be issued (to any of us) from that company.
Same thing!! Ordered in december 2022 been demanding my money back and get automated responses as i have used the fword doesnt work!! Im Irate!
I've emailed them daily about my refund. I've gotten about half.my money back and template emails about how long a refund takes....which has been bullshit bc today is 161 days since I asked for a refund
