I ordered and received a product on which the only English is”appliance cleaner”. No directions, no precautions for use, no list of ingredients. Plus when I opened the parcel it has a peculiar order. I am incensed! Enclosed was a piece of paper saying buyers could contact their after sales department at support @24h-service. vip and to include the order number which is listed nowhere!!! What should I do?
