I ordered a phone car charger that I had seen advertise multiple times on TV. After a couple months I received in the mail a crumpled up United States post office on padded envelope. Inside was the phone charger, but two of the small pieces that connected to your mirror in the car were broken. I tried googling them and there was nothing that showed up. There’s no phone number. There’s no email address. I assume it probably came from China, but I certainly cannot get any kind of refund given that I can’t even locate these people.

Call your card company. I just did
