Ordered an engine kit from RIVASHOPUS, 511 Mondell Street, Thermopolis, WY 82443. and paid with Paypal. Package just received from Keather Fottyes in Chino, California is a cheap plastic toy car. This entire scam uses various names and addresses to confuse consumers. This business perpetrated a BAIT AND SWITCH, which is a crime in all US states. This company employs false advertising and also prints a return policy that is false. These people are criminals and consumers everywhere should be alerted to their crimes. I attempted to cancel the order and it was refused. I asked for a refund and it was refused.
