I ordered hall a bench with shoe storage from Karmen. I contacted the site regarding eta for for product, they said it had been delivered, no it had not! There was a package in my mail box containing a cheap dollar store scarf with a tracking number. Now they want a picture of the item showing the tracking # and banking information showing that they had received a payment of $67.19. Which I will not provide until I contact my credit card company asking for a charge reversal. #onlineshoppingscam
