Bad experience with the J&J vaccine. I took the hottest shower I could stand and the chills went away. Tylenol (which i think is your paracetemol) did take away *most* of the body aches so hopefully those will kick for you soon. Unfortunately, i was nauseated for about 36 hours. I know the J&J trial said the side effects were worse for younger people because your immune response is so strong
