I placed a purchase order online, from Florida, USA, and received an email with a tracking number. The chargewas posted to my credit card and the merchant is BWAL Store London. I did not receive shipping info as stated and the tracking goes to a server

I ordered from a JoAnn fabric site which apparently is a scam.  I found your site and there are other people who have been scammed by this site, do you have information on how this company can be reached, was anything done about the other scam purchases?

I am in Florida, but the merchant information says BWAL London
