Same. Thought I was buying from reputable JC Penny’s. Definitely scam. Says they shipped to zip code with last digit off one number from mine. (Sent to 19, supposed to go to 20). Offered me 30% refund. I said no, I need 100%. Then they offer 65% refund. I replied no, need 100%. Then they offered 80%, again said no, need 100%. They agreed to refund less $15 shipping. Again, told them no-then called credit card company and filed dispute. This was 3/1/2024. We’ll see.

I haven't received my order yet. I also thought I was dealing with reputable JCPenney. I will never order anything from Facebook again!

I agree. I thought I was dealing with pennys too.
I was also scammed. They gave me an order and tracking number. I tracked it as passing through customs in Los Angeles. I tried notifying them through the email address given on their site. It FAILED. All is not real. If you are reading this do NOT order anything from them! I will be monitoring my credit card now.
yes they steal your money and deliver no product
Yes the same thing happened to me .I reported it to my bank and they refunded my money in 24 hours .I will never do that again
