I've been tested positive for Covid, Wales, UK

So ....I've been tested and my results were positive. I have covid 19,however the virus so far has been ok. I've had mild symptoms,so far just lethargic and achy ,public health Wales have been amazing and I'm in recovery ...no hospital (touch wood) and plenty of rest in sunshine.
