I got this today, no idea why but obviously a scam which I reported to my bank to stop them taking further money out of my account after I didn’t receive an order No or confirmation of my order of a garden ornament. They froze my account and sent a new card, I was lucky to spot the scam straight after placing the order and only lost £14.. what should I do with this silly pen set?

I don’t think what Payment Reference is on the account as one scammer either has multiple aliases or they are multiple scammers using the same method of sending an item of minimal value compared to your original order, I’m presuming the scan is that the delivery driver photographs a package at your door so you can’t claim to a Credit Card Money as they will say that what was in the package was what you had originally ordered !!
