I ordered two batteries for my Hilty drill through iTech Canada. One battery arrived. The second one never came. I tried contacting the company via email, phone calls, and left voicemail messages. All were ignored. I am reading now about lots of people receiving parcels from the same address that were never ordered, or were ordered, but something different was delivered. Maybe I should be happy I received at least one of my batteries. Paying for two but getting one is a little expensive though! It looks like the package was delivered from a guy named Xiong.
