I thought I was on the Shein site as I believe I used a link online to enter. After I made two substantial purchases I was sent an email, welcoming me to the site named "S!". I looked the IPL up on the internet for comments on whether or not ut was a scam. I noticed a couple other people said this had happened to them. I believe its some sort of phishing scam. My bank states it can't stop the credit card transactions and suggested I call the company. There is no address or phone number in their information on site. I've sent several emails and I've received no responses.
