I ordered 2 sweaters from a Facebook ad. Took over 1 month to receive. Now I want to return these. They have very limited information in the package. The customer service information only had email address. Which is INVALID. So now I can’t return these or get refund. Credit card shows Enchanting as the company. The return address on package is Grmando Oteroy. The total amount charged to my credit card is $59.76. Is this a scam??
