Ordered a Stevie Nicks Poncho Top off of an IG ad from Karrie Craft on 6/28/23. Finally received it on 7/19, after several emails following up on order status with no response. Return address on package is JANE, 371 Little Falls Rd, Suite 4, Cedar Grove, NJ. Shirt arrived with no shipping information or paperwork of any kind. Shirt is not as pictured or described - Cheaper fabric, with printed design vs. embroidered as pictured. No return information on the Karrie Craft website, no response from email. Website indicates "live chat" available 24/7, however, no link to select. Be aware of ordering anything from this website. I was duped!
