I placed a order for a 4x6 waterproof outside storage kit in the amount of $49.98 from Outdoor Furniture/Keter ,email address info@bpliquidation.shop on March 24th, 2023 and on March 25th they charged my debt card for $49.98 but has not shipped my order. They sent me confirmation of my order and that's it. I have sent them several emails regarding this issue but they have not responded to any of my emails. What can I do to either get my order or get my money back.
