incorrect merchandise sent, gehers hotys

i ordered a boxed calendar from a website on facebook that was supposed to be about 3ft tall and containing 12 christmas gnomes each about 11" tall and it was $30, when i went to pay for it with paypal it went thru as $61 and now was coming from some chinese place but in the end it came from this place gehers hoyts and the calendar box was about 6" tall and you only got three 3" gnomes and cheaply made accessories to go with them. I paid with paypal and have notified them of this scam and have contacted the company who is in china i guess and they refuse to refund my money so now I am reporting this place and my husband has contacted the FBI for mail fraud and impersonating a real company. They have multiple sites on facebook and many have been scammed but not sure how many are doing anything about it.
