Has anyone had success returning an item and getting a refund? I ordered a jacket (L) and was sent a 2XL that was cheaply made. No success on the website. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the reply I received from the seller: Dear Customer, If you insist on returning, please return the item to the following address. But we suggest you check the shipping before you return, it may cost you a lot of money. Please tell me the tracking number after you return, then we will refund you after we get the return package, it may take us a long time.
